Blackberry Bliss Balls

Recipes with Oat Base Vanilla Organic

Bright purple, prepared in minutes, berry sweet and with a hint of vanilla: Our Blackberry Bliss Balls are the perfect summer snack for in between and are perfectly rounded off by our Oat Base Vanilla and tropical coconut flakes. Of course, as always, completely vegan and a treat for the whole family. 

Ingredients:

  • 150g frozen blackberries
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 180g oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 100g coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Oat Base Vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients, starting with the rolled oats and coconut flakes, together in a food processor and blend on medium speed until a slightly sticky dough forms.
  2. Roll the dough in your hands into small balls and then place them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before eating them.
  3. If needed, the Bliss Balls can also be dusted with shredded coconut.
  4. Enjoy!
