Chai Baked Oats

Cosy... that's our first thought when we hear the word "chai". And because the start of the day should be cosy, calm and (especially in winter) warm, we have conjured up a special breakfast with our Chill Oat Chai Latte Mix: Chai Baked Oats!

Yes, you heard me right: baked porridge / oatmeal with a delicious chai flavour. Maybe you're wondering why it's baked and not boiled? It's simple: Because your oatmeal rises like a little cake and is deliciously warm from the oven, directly from the inside. Of course, you can also prepare your porridge in the classic way in a pot & then just skip 2 steps of our instructions, but we can only recommend (haha) that you bake your oatmeal in small ramekins and enjoy the "oatmeal meets cake" experience. Breakfast meets cake break!

Enough blabbering and get to the recipe!

- 200ml water

- 1 tablespoon linseed

- 25g walnuts

- 1/2 apple

- 1 tbsp maple syrup
