Tropical vanilla, salty peanut butter and a hint of cocoa meet caramelized dates and frozen banana. For those who need an extra dose of mylkshake energy in the morning, but at the same time don't want to resort to unhealthy ingredients, we have the perfect summer recipe: our Peanut Butter Date Caramel Frosty with Oat Base Vanilla.
- 2 tablespoons Oat Base Vanilla
- 4 dates
- 300ml water
- 1 tsp cocoa
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp linseed
- 1.5-2 frozen bananas
- Pit the dates and soak in hot water for 10min and then rinse in cold water.
- Put all ingredients together in a blender and blend until everything is well mixed. Depending on how powerful your blender is, you can also use 2 frozen bananas - then it will be even creamier!
- Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
