Golden Blueberry Chia Pudding

Spicy Golden Oat Latte meets vanilla blueberries: Conjure up an extra colorful breakfast with our Golden Oat Latte, blueberries, plant-based yogurt, chia seeds, some Oat Base Vanilla, and lots of fresh fruit: With our Golden Blueberry Chia Pudding you have delicious brain food for a successful start into the day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Golden Oat Latte
  • 1 tablespoon Oat Base Vanilla
  • 200ml water
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 150g soy yogurt
  • 200g blueberries
  • 20g pomegranate seeds
  • 20g raspberries

Instructions:

  1. Wash 150g blueberries and put them in a blender with 1 tablespoon Oat Base Vanilla and about 100ml water and puree.
  2. Then mix the blueberry-vanilla mixture with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and set aside for at least 1.5 hours.
  3. Mix 1 tablespoon Golden Oat Latte together with 100ml water and then also mix with 2 tablespoons Chia seeds and set aside.
  4. Once the chia seeds have completely absorbed the liquid and swollen, mix the respective chia pudding well again.
  5. Next, layer the Blueberry Vanilla Chia Pudding with soy yogurt followed by the Golden Chia Pudding.
  6. Last but not least, garnish your chia pudding with pomegranate seeds and fresh blueberries.
