Hummus recipe with oat milk: Easy to make yourself

We're still looking for a problem where hummus isn't the solution: whether as a dip or spread on bread, the oriental speciality always tastes good and thanks to Blue Farm's oat milk, the hummus is particularly creamy. Easy and quick to prepare yourself, hummus is the perfect vegan snack for in between meals.

Ingredients:

  • 265g chickpeas
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp sesame paste (tahini)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 50ml water
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Oat Base
  • Herbal salt
  • Cumin
  • Pepper

Additionally

  • 1 Purifying rod
  • Choice of carrots, cucumber or bread for dipping

Preparation:

 Combine all ingredients in a bowl and purée until creamy. Then season to taste and serve with carrots, cucumber or bread for dipping.
