Matcha Vanilla Nice Cream

Recipes with Matcha Oat Latte

Summer, sun, sunshine: what could be better than ice cream? Or even better: ice cream that you can eat at any time of day, even for breakfast, without a guilty conscience? That's right: nothing!

Ice cream lovers take note: With our Matcha Oat Latte, our Oat Base Vanilla, a little water and some frozen fruit, you can whip up a delicious nice cream in no time. To make your healthy ice cream cream creamy, you should use as little liquid as possible. But if your blender doesn't work, you can of course use more.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Oat Base Vanilla

  • 1-2 tbsp Matcha Oat Latte

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 50g frozen pineapple

  • 1 tsp linseed

  • 150-200ml water

Instructions:

  1. Let the bananas ripen & then freeze them.

  2. Place the frozen bananas in a blender with the frozen pineapple, vanilla Oat Base, Matcha Oat Latte, flaxseed and water. in a blender and puree until the fruit is completely chopped. fruit is completely chopped.

  3. Put the nice cream in a bowl and garnish with fruit of your choice. garnish with fruit of your choice.

  4. Enjoy!
