Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Our favorite fall food? Anything with oatmeal, pumpkin spice, and apples. And since sometimes it can be convenient in the morning to have breakfast ready and waiting in the fridge, we whipped up a delicious Overnight Oats recipe for you that will not only fill you up, but make you autumnally happy. Paired with our Pumpkin Oat Latte, walnut kernels, apple and a few other ingredients, this recipe is guaranteed to become your new fall favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 60g oatmeal
  • 1/2 apple
  • 3 tablespoons Pumpkin Oat Latte
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 30g walnut kernels
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds (hulled)
  • 250ml water
  • 30g Biscoff cream
  • 30g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Cut the apple into small cubes
  2. Mix the rolled oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, walnut kernels, apple and Pumpkin Oat Latte and water in a jar and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Warm the Biscoff cream in a saucepan over low heat and pour over the oatmeal, then refrigerate.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat with the coconut oil and pour over the oatmeal.
  5. Enjoy!
