Ranch sauce recipe

Dressings are kind of like the creamy cousins of cherries; always wanting to be on top to round out any dish.
But we can't blame them. That's why Camille aka our Content Chef de Cuisine created this vegan ranch recipe to lure you and your cowboy hat into the kitchen.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

 

  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 100g chives
  • Lemon juice
  • 375 cl water
  • 4 tsp Oat Base

Preparation of the sauce:

Mix all dry ingredients, squeeze the lemon and mix everything with water for about 1 minute. If you want the sauce to be creamier, you can also add a little more Oat Base.
Pour the sauce into a glass jar and you can store it in the fridge for up to 5 days!
