Material
Our current packaging is made of monoplastic and can therefore be 100% recycled. Most importantly, it saves a lot of beverage cartons. We are always looking for new and better ways to reduce our environmental footprint. So if you have any suggestions, feel free to let us know!
With our oat drink powder you can easily mix your own fresh oat drink at home: 2 spoons of oat powder + 200ml water, stir and you're done!

How is the Oat Base made?
In the production of Oat Base, the oats are treated enzymatically so that they get that light sweetness and delicious creaminess when dissolved in water. This also means that we can do without the binders and other ingredients that many ready-made oat drink products contain.
Is Oat Base Classic comparable to a homemade oat drink?
Our Oat Base is not one-to-one comparable with homemade oat drink. We use gluten-free oats and treat them with natural enzymes. The result is a naturally sweet and creamy oat drink that dissolves well and does not become slimy or flocculate in the coffee.
What is the shelf life of Oat Base?
Our products can usually be kept for several months to a year (depending on the best-before date) even when opened.
Do the Oat Bases contain added sugar?
Our Oat Bases do not contain any added sugar. However, the Oat Bases do contain sugar from the fermentation of the oats that occurs during the manufacturing process.
Is Oat Base gluten-free?
Ja, alle unsere Produkte sind glutenfrei gemäß der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 41/2009. Das bedeutet, dass der Glutengehalt unter den gesetzlich vorgegebenen <20 ppm liegt und ist damit als glutenfrei deklariert.
How does the Oat Base taste?
Our Oat Base Classic tastes naturally fresh oats. Compared to a homemade oat drink, the consistency is very pure, which comes from the enzymatically treated oats that dissolve extremely well and beautifully highlights the natural sweetness of the oats. For more creaminess, you can simply mix more Oat Base into your drink.
Can I also foam up the Oat Base?
Our Oat Base Classic is particularly easy to froth directly in the frother with cold water. Please note that this is not yet a barista version (but will be soon).
