Green Smoothie - Healthy Lunchtime Booster

A green smoothie is the perfect ally for your bad hangovers, breakups, or even fatigue: it's comforting, sweet, and good for you. Whether you're in one of the above situations or just craving a green break, here's the recipe!

Ingredients for 2 servings: 

  • 3 tablespoons Oat Base
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 1 Orange
  • 40 g spinach sprouts
  • 3 ice cubes

Preparation of the smoothie:

Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend for at least a minute. If you want a thicker or lighter consistency, you can adjust that with the water you add to your smoothie.

You can make two smoothies with this recipe, so enjoy it with your favorite smoothie partner, or have two servings for yourself, that's great too. You do you! Tips from the farm: use a rather ripe banana to get an extra sweet taste! Bon appétit!
