For a glass of oat drink (200 ml), simply mix 2-3 tablespoons (24 g total) of Oat Base with 200 ml of water. For more oat drink, simply mix a larger amount of base with the corresponding amount of water.

How do I prepare the Oat Lattes?
Just like with our Oat Bases, simply add hot or cold water directly to the mix, shake or stir. Follow the mixing ratio as indicated on the packaging and use one heaped Magic Spoon (approx. 12 g) of Oat Base per 100 ml of drink.
Do the Oat Lattes contain added sugar?
Bei all diesen Latte-Mixes wird auf extra Zucker, künstliche Zusatzstoffe und Aromen verzichtet. Die Oat Base enthält jedoch Zucker, der durch die Fermentation des Hafers während des Herstellungsprozesses entsteht.
Are the Oat Lattes gluten-free?
Die Oat Lattes sind glutenfrei gemäß der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 41/2009. Das bedeutet, dass der Glutengehalt unter den gesetzlich vorgegebenen <20 ppm liegt und ist damit als glutenfrei deklariert.
Are the Oat Lattes caffeine free?
In unseren Chai Lattes setzten wir bewusst keinen Schwarzen Tee ein, um der möglichen entspannenden Wirkung des Reishi nicht entgegen zu wirken. Damit sind sie koffeinfrei und du kannst sie auch abends genießen.
Unser Matcha enthält hochwertigen Bio-Matcha und damit Koffein aus grünem Tee. Dieses soll allerdings gleichmäßiger wirken und die bekannten Hochs und Tiefs des Kaffee-Koffeins bleiben aus.
Was sind Adaptogene und wieso machen sie unsere Mushroom Lattes besonders?
Adaptogene sind natürliche Wirkstoffe, denen eine natürliche Wirkung auf Körper und Geist nachgesagt wird. Der in den Chais enthaltene Reishi soll immunstärkend, entzündungshemmend und beruhigend sein. Lion's Mane im Matcha kann die Konzentration fördern. Auch in der Traditionell Chinesischen Medizin werden Vitalpilze verwendet. Mehr kannst du hier nachlesen.
Was macht den Purple Chai lila?
Wir verwenden gefriergetrocknete Wilde Heidelbeere und Rote Bete im Purple Chai Latte. Beide gelten als Superfoods und sind reich an Ballaststoffen und Antioxidantien. Wusstest du, dass wilde Heidelbeere dreimal so viele Mineralstoffe enthält wie Kulturheidelbeeren? Dank der Gefriertrocknung bleiben die wertvollen Nährstoffe der Pflanzen erhalten.
