For one serving of Oat Latte (200 ml), simply mix 2 heaping tablespoons (12 g each) of Oat Base with 200 ml of water. For more oat drink, simply mix a larger amount of base with the corresponding amount of water.
You can also prepare the Oat Lattes directly in the foamer: Simply fill with water, add the appropriate amount of base and the delicious creamy oat latte is ready. The Oat Lattes foam best when you use cold water with an electric frother.
In summer, your Oat Latte tastes but also cold on ice just great!
Contrary to the picture, the frother is not included in the bundle.
This product contains at least one adaptogen. As there are insufficient studies on the safety of the use of medicinal mushrooms and adaptogens during pregnancy and breastfeeding, use during this period and consumption by infants is not recommended. You can find more information on this here.

How do I prepare the Oat Lattes?
Genau wie bei unseren Oat Bases gibst du einfach direkt heißes oder kaltes Wasser zu dem Pulver-Mix dazu, schüttelst oder rührst. Befolge das Mischverhältnis wie auf der Verpackung angegeben und verwende pro 100 ml Drink einen gut gehäuften Magic Spoon (ca.12 g).
Do the Oat Lattes contain added sugar?
Bei allen drei Latte-Mixes wird auf zusätzlichen Zucker, künstliche Zusatzstoffe und Aromen verzichtet. Die Oat Base enthält jedoch Zucker, der durch die Fermentation des Hafers während des Herstellungsprozesses entsteht.
Are the Oat Lattes caffeine free?
Unser Chai und Golden Oat Latte sind koffeinfrei. Beim Chai haben wir bewusst auf Schwarzen Tee verzichtet, damit wir der möglichen beruhigenden Wirkung des Reishis nicht entgegenwirken und du ihn abends perfekt zum Abschalten trinken kannst. Unser Matcha Oat Latte enthält natürliches Koffein aus dem grünen Tee. Die bekannten Hoch und Tiefs des Kaffee-Koffeins sollen mit Matcha-Koffein jedoch vermieden werden können, da es eher sanft und langanhaltend wirken soll.
Are the Oat Lattes gluten-free?
Die Oat Lattes sind glutenfrei gemäß der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 41/2009. Das bedeutet, dass der Glutengehalt unter den gesetzlich vorgegebenen <20 ppm liegt und ist damit als glutenfrei deklariert.
What are adaptogens and why do they make our latte mixes special?
Viele traditionelle Heilpflanzen, Kräuter, Gewürze und Vitalpilze haben adaptogene Wirkstoffe. Es sind natürliche Wirkstoffe, die eine immunfördernde und vitalisierende Wirkung haben können. Lion's Mane, Reishi, Kurkuma & Ashwagandha gehören z.B. dazu. Diese findest du in unserem Matcha (Lion's Mane), Chai Oat Latte (Reishi) und Golden Oat Latte (Ashwagandha, Ingwer & Kurkuma) wieder. What is the shelf life of the Oat Lattes?
They can usually be kept for several months to a year (according to the best-before date) even when opened.
Is the packaging recyclable?
The packaging is made of monoplastic and is therefore 100% recyclable. Our Oat Base is an enzymatically treated food, which requires packaging with a particularly high barrier property, thus ensuring the shelf life of the product.
