For one serving of Oat Latte (200 ml), simply mix 2 heaping tablespoons (12 g each) of Oat Base with 200 ml of water. For more oat drink, simply mix a larger amount of base with the corresponding amount of water.
You can also prepare the Oat Lattes directly in the foamer: Simply fill with water, add the appropriate amount of base and the delicious creamy oat latte is ready. The Oat Lattes foam best when you use cold water with an electric frother.
In summer, your Oat Latte tastes but also cold on ice just great!

How do I prepare the Oat Lattes?
Just like with our Oat Bases, simply add warm or cold water directly to the mix, shake or stir and voilá - you have your favorite latte in a glass. Follow the mixing ratio as indicated on the packaging and use one heaped Magic Spoon (approx. 12 g) of Oat Base per 100 ml of drink.
Do the Oat Lattes contain added sugar?
Both latte mixes do not contain any additional sugar, artificial additives or flavorings. However, the Oat Base does contain sugar, which is produced by the fermentation of the oats during the manufacturing process.
Are the Oat Lattes caffeine free?
Our chai is caffeine-free. We have deliberately avoided black tea so that you can relax after a long day and nothing stands in the way of the possible calming effect of the reishi medicinal mushroom. Our Matcha Oat Latte contains natural caffeine from green tea. However, the well-known ups and downs of coffee caffeine should be avoided with matcha caffeine, as it is intended to have a gentle and long-lasting effect.
Are the Oat Lattes gluten-free?
Die Oat Lattes sind glutenfrei gemäß der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 41/2009. Das bedeutet, dass der Glutengehalt unter den gesetzlich vorgegebenen <20 ppm liegt und ist damit als glutenfrei deklariert.
What are adaptogens and why do they make our latte mixes special?
Many traditional medicinal plants, herbs, spices and medicinal mushrooms have adaptogenic active ingredients. These are natural active ingredients that can have an immune-boosting and vitalizing effect. Lion's mane and reishi, for example, are among them. You can find these two in our Matcha (Lion's Mane) and Chai Oat Latte (Reishi). While Lion's Mane is said to help with focus, reishi is said to have a calming effect. Can I also foam up the Oat Lattes?
Our Oat Lattes are particularly easy to froth directly in the frother. It is best to use cold water so that the oat latte heats up as it foams. You can also use an electric hand frother to give them a frothy top.
What is the shelf life of the Oat Lattes?
They can usually be kept for several months to a year (according to the best-before date) even when opened.
Do the Oat Lattes also taste good cold?
By all means! You can drink it either warm or cold.
Is the packaging recyclable?
The packaging is made of monoplastic and is therefore 100% recyclable. Our Oat Base is an enzymatically treated food, which requires packaging with a particularly high barrier property, thus ensuring the shelf life of the product.
